---- First Captain's Log entry on July 1, 2011 A.D. by Dan Alter, acting Captain. I figured out I could create the job by assuming the role. Everyone I have run the idea by agrees Earth needs a Captain. This shows that many or most of us know instinctively that we must have a Captain to survive. The essential communication tool required to Captain a large 'spaceship' like Earth is a single public place where anyone can charge a sworn leader with a crime, complain, suggest, etc to the Captain on matters affecting "our ship" in real time. My wife and I invented the N1CL to do science, that it was the necessary precondition to Captain our planet came as a surprise. See how the N1CL works just below.
