---- This agreement is hopefully designed protect free speech and eliminate N1CL legal liability for its users speech. This means we do not monitor peoples speech, but instead react to complaints from any reader or user. We provide the record, you provide the speech. So What Do You Think About Agreement Below? I am leaving these changes to registration agreement here for Comments and Suggestions. Should we Change User Agreement to read:</span> "You agree that any entry submitted to the N1CL Public Record by you is meant to be subject to public comment and criticism, to which you can respond in any way you decide is best; Therefore, you agree you are wholly responsible for all consequences of your speech on the N1CL Public Record, legal or otherwise; Therefore, until a court recognized by the N1CL legally orders that your speech is illegal, OR someone points out that previous legal precedent defines it as illegal; OR someone complains to the N1CL administrators about your entries being massively rude, discourteous, and objectionable to truth seeking Public discourse; the N1CL administrators will not edit, monitor, delete, or ban your entries on the N1CL Public Record; Therefore, you agree the N1CL can edit, monitor, delete, or ban your posts after someone makes a complaint about your entries and N1CL administrators uphold the complaint, giving reasons; Should you disagree with the administrators decisions, you agree to use the N1CL arbitration mechanism to resolve your objection to the administrators decisions about your entries.". Comment on above user agreement. Keeping free speech is fundamental to the N1CL. I think the above agreement does that by separating the "List administrators from the List's entries by anyone. The N1CL can not be legally liable for anyone's speech on the List record. Yet, of course, some people will deliberately try to disrupt public discourse and must be stopped.
