---- 2019-12-26- edit, 2019-12-09 First proposal. Given a public confirmation that the starlight is disappearing at my predicted rate; then Kaboom, everybody runs for cash. It is highly unlikely that our insiders will not learn first and so run first, but that will not change much except make them look corrupt which they already are. The solutions will take care of them, because most of their physical assets are overpriced BS like huge houses, fancy cars and airplanes, etc, etc., All carrying massive tax and maintenance overheads. 1. First suggestion is a Golden debt forgiveness as described in the bible. Those who can repay debts etc continue to do so, all others have their debts forgiven. Its called bankruptcy and is required for us to start with a clean slate. 2.We go to a hard currency backed by gold and silver. I have a cheaper suggestion but we don't have the time to implement it now. 3. All military spending except for that necessary to maintain order within each country is eliminated. I mean all, We make peace between nations now or Earth dies for sure. 4 Absolute protected Free Speech. especially all criticisms and objections. Resolving those leads to fast practical solutions to the many unexpected problems we will face. I will list more as they occur to me, but God helps those who help them selves.
