Counting Coup
Among the Plains Indians of North America, counting coup involved the winning of prestige against an enemy.
Native American warriors won prestige by acts of bravery in the face of the enemy, which could be recorded in
various ways and retold as stories. Any blow struck against the enemy counted as a coup, but the most prestigious
acts included touching an enemy warrior with a hand, bow, or coup stick and escaping unharmed. Touching the first
enemy to die in battle or touching the enemy's defensive works also counted as coup, as did, in some nations, simply
riding up to an enemy, touching him with a short stick, and riding away unscathed.

Not getting harmed or killed while causing a reformation in how science is done is the key.

A Named scientific law is an empirical measurement that is confirmed by repeated observations.
e.g. Pythagorean Theorem: The square of the Hypotenuse of a right triangle = The sum of the squares of
the opposite two sides. It was named after Pythagoras who died about 500 B.C.

Another named scientific law is Metcalfe's Law: "Metcalfe's law states the effect(number of possible connected user interactions)
of a telecommunications network is proportional to the square of the number of connected users of the system (n2).

This raises the question: Is there a reciprical Law that defines a common single place for all connected users to
meet simultaneously within one unit of time? There is:

i.e. You only have one unit of time alive per unit time as measured by the speed of light. Act one way, you exclude all other
possible couses of action you could of done. Ergo, like it or not, you do have free will which means no free lunches ever.
e.g. When you pay someone not to damage you(a protection racket), your time and wealth left are always reduced.
Coase's fallacious conclusion we could relax liability is, of course, loved by large corporations and big government.

Alter's 3rd new Named Natural Law: All life forms try to minimize the time alive used to get whatever they
"estimate/think" they need to Stay Alive. That is because we each only have one unit of time alive per unit time as
measured by c, the speed of light measured with Planck's Constant(h), wherever we are in our conserved
Moebius geometry universe. Take too long and Joila!, you are a dead life form.

between all known mathematical constants like Pi, Euler's constant, Phi, etc on a circle.
