1. We pay N1CL registered Ad users 25% of Ad revenue = $5 of the
minimum $20 paid by advertiser for each sale. No charge to Register
Plus Advertiser guarantees a 10% or more discount on all posted prices not including taxes and shipping.

Ad Fee for Subscriptions is based on its normal cost for 1st year. Renewals are Ad Fee Free.

We Pay registered N1CL buyers on the 1st business day of the next month.
NON registered N1CL buyers Do Not Get paid any Ad Fee share.

2. Advertiser ONLY pays Ad fee for sales made through N1CL Ad and MUST Register as full member.
Full member fee can be paid annually, bi-yearly, or monthly in advance. Your choice.

3. Advertisers can not use/sell your email without permission except for necessary private notices.
We suggest you make them pay you to sell your email for other uses.

4. Advertisers will send a copy of all ad sales receipts to N1CL so we can track registered buyers share of
25% for N1CL Ad payments credited/paid to registered N1CL Ad buyers on the 1st business day of each month.

5. Advertisers pay N1CL ad sale fees weekly.
Ad contracts are subject to public bid every six months in an eBay style auction.
Greatest amount paid per sale wins.
Total sales for each Ad location will be published.
The one week auction starts two weeks before end of the six months.

6. Only 4 Ads per side of page. Fixed location. ONLY 15 lines out of 100 or more page lines.
Ads can NOT be Ad blocked as Ads are part of page.

7. Not Registered
Ad Buyers can read the N1CL site, and buy through Ads,
but will not be paid registered user Ad share,
They can not comment, report, question, or any other only registered member functions;
so Register, its free.

8. BONUS to advertizer when you register a non registered buyer. only pay the new registered users 25% share
of the new users 1st two N1CL Ad buys using your N1CL ad The 10% is always applicable to sales through N1CL ads.
Advertisers MUST by contract, give Non registered buyers a choice to Register
so they can receive N1CL registered users 25% share of Ad revenue and all other benefits.
