11-28-2008 In 1984, as a result of refuting Coase's Theorem, I discovered what Rule of Liability a society that uses "money to buy Goods & Services(G&S) from each other"(that's us folks) must enforce to maximize the Quantity(Q) of G&S Exchanged(XCed) = real wealth = more time alive. The law is Strict Liability. That means we hold each party to an XC Liable for the Time their part in an exchange costs others. Simple, you are responsible for the costs of producing your half of an XC, I pay for the costs my side causes. We are free to engage in Paid XC. In conclusion, it is necessary for us to consciously enforce this Law to remain alive on a spaceship = Earth; because Striking First in an XC based society always reduces the Quantity(Q) of G&S Exchanged(XCed) = less of us alive.

Proving why relaxing Liability always decreased the Q of G&S XCed led me inexorably to a theoretical prediction in 1991; that we life forms could not exist in a conserved universe, unless we created a conservation debt made of Anti-Matter(A-M). There is only one geometry that permits the creation of our A-M debt = a Moebius Strip geometry universe. With this geometry, we 'spirits' can put our A-M debt right on the other side of our Moebius universe's surface, which is as far in the future as possible. However, it does not stay there, as a conserved A-M debt meant that it eventually must come home to roost. The Sun is on its path back and Boom, Earth is vaporized and WE all fry. Initially it was a "thought experiment" in February 1991, a theoretical conclusion with no evidence of any kind. A year later that changed.

On February 10, 1992, from a completely unexpected source, a picture on the cover of the February 1, 1991 Science News and its related article "Geometric Harvest". Together, they were conclusive confirmation that my theoretical 'thought experiment' was true, and about to happen to us in six units of time. Within three days I deduced that in theory, at least, it is possible, even easy to stop, once you understand how it works. So in 1992 we started trying to warn the rest of you.

The No 1st Cost List(N1CL) Public internet interface creates the only way we can peacefully eliminate the Three Monkey Society leaders that govern us now. We can not afford their lies and bad information anymore.

The question becomes: How do we quickly verify what people say in public is true? That was impossible without the internet. It is required to create a real public place = where everyone can meet simultaneously to hear and question what anyone says in public.

By inspection, questions and disagreements with what you, me, or anyone else says in public are the only actions common to anything anyone can say on a public record.

First requirement: Anyone can question and ask.

The second requirement, an agreement to answer: A list of people, businesses, governments, etc who will agree to answer questions from anyone about what they say on the N1CL public record, using Question & Answer Dialogue Procedures that treat both parties impartially. Doing this creates a real public place for Earth.

With the N1CL we can create accurate objective information for all, and a society of equals before our Laws actually becomes possible.

A thought experiment leads to a Warning about a Preventable catastrophic danger to Earth.

In February 1991 I theoretically predicted that when spirits create and move life forms by splitting base molecules into plus and minus halves, they must put the Anti-Matter half on the other side/surface of our Moebius geometry universe. Eventually our conservation debt comes back striking our Sun, Kaboom. It was just a deductive thought experiment, I had no evidence of any kind.

On February 10, 1992 in a February 1, 1992 Science News article "Geometric Harvest" by Gerard Hawkins, I saw objective evidence that absolutely confirmed my theoretical prediction. It was a picture of Earth being vaporized that could only have been drawn by someones who had seen these events up close from space. Ergo, E-Ts not us. It was the first large complex crop circle, the Barbary Castle.

It was extraordinarily disconcerting. It took me three days to deduce there must be an out, a way to prevent Earth from being vaporized.

Since it can be prevented, I have been warning you ever since.

Last December after seeing Avatar, I finally realized that I was faced with a terrible ethical question. It was the answer to a question that had bothered me from the beginning about the E-T warning ritual. There warning was absolutely minimal. "Why would they want us to die without a try?" They were life lovers too, they did business here without bothering us?


The answer is unfortunately obvious. It was because we are a Three Monkey Society(3MS), which makes us criminally insane. Clearly with FTL, we would do to them what we did to the North and South American Indians. Given the simple means of doing faster than light(FTL) star travel, turning a 3MS loose with FTL travel would literally mean other non 3MS FTL planetary societies would be committing suicide. (Yes I can prove how the E-Ts do FTL, and it does not violate going faster than light over the surface of our Moebius Strip Geometry universe.)

My ethical duty is to maximize life and not just here on Earth. I will not help us destroy another life bearing planet, so how do we, I, resolve this dilemma. What is our out?

My ethical dilemma is also the E-Ts, they love life too. For sure, we would not listen to them telling us to stop being bad. Yet clearly E-T societies grow up to be NOT 3MSs, or we would be exploited by these FTL E-T societies visiting us.

Ergo, they gave us this oh so graphic warning showing us exactly when on July 16, 2012 because someone like me can possibly figure out our situation in time and help cause we the people of Earth to reform. That must mean the E-Ts will help should we decide to Wake UP.

We must have their help now, we need two working interplanetary FTL ships and it is probably too late to build them ourselves, and I will not show us how to do FTL unless we do reform.


THEREFORE, the only way I or the E-Ts can ethically help disconnect our conservation debt made of Anti-Matter(A-M) is for Earth's citizens to show by ELECTIONS that we have ended being a Three Monkey Society.

Unless we stop our 3MS leaders in public where the E-Ts can see it, they will not help us. Fortunately, democracies have frequent elections, primaries now (incumbents are being thrown out as I write this), and culminating this November in the USA. The E-Ts have most graphically warned us about what will happen and when, and they are just as bound by this moral duty to protect and grow life as myself. We can save Earth. Wake up!


The second public purpose of the N1CL, and arguably its biggest benefit, is to stop forevermore our sworn leaders from committing the most heinous crime possible in any democracy: When any sworn leader ignores, tolerates, covers-up, or helps any other sworn leader commit a felony.

Which of our elected, other sworn leaders, and above all, any and all honest citizens will swear on a public N1CL list(url here) that you will see to it that any and all felony criminal allegations about any sworn leader are scrupulously investigated immediately, so that when found true, we can prosecute to the fullest extent this second worst crime in a democracy, so we can prevent the worst crime, a sworn leader helping another sworn leader commit a felony?

This monstrous crime can only exist when ordinary citizens are ignorant of their fundamental civic duty, to see to it that any sworn leader who covers up or helps another sworn leader commit a felony is mercilessly prosecuted. Not a sniff of suspicion goes uninvestigated.

We do this now or Earth and you and me and everyone dies on July 16, 2012.

How N1CL works

Consequences of no real public place to question and disagree.

As history and the existence of our present 3MS leaders show, corrupt and psychopathic people will inevitably take over a society of "unconscious own time cost minimizers". Enforcing accountability costs time and is disagreeable.

Unconscious own cost minimization means we citizens do not understand the consequences of letting our 3MS leaders borrow to cover up their crimes. Inevitably compound interest ensures the accumulated bad debts end in an almost instantaneous Catastrophic Financial Collapse.

This abrupt collapse only becomes possible after a planet evolves floating exchange rates to trade debt backed currencies as Earth now does. 3MS leaders will NOT agree in public on how debts must be handled(we make the lender swallow the bad debt in public as soon as we find out, especially big loans).

Not only have we as a civilization not agreed on how to handle debts; but worse, we citizens are letting our leaders get away with the worst crime of all which is, "sworn leaders seeing, hearing, and speaking no evil about other leaders mistakes, crimes, and public lies".

Since we citizens have not experienced the consequences on NOT enforcing immediate accountability upon our 3MS leaders, we are going to feel a pain in a very sensitive part of our anatomy, our wallets.

Clearly America's 3MS leaders and most citizens believe in a free lunch because they will not pay the price of eliminating bad debts from our financial system; which is a very painful short recession, cured by a liberal bankruptcy law that eliminates the dad debt in the system while teaching many lessons. Instead we have massive denial by almost everyone evidenced by not holding our elected leaders strictly accountable for allowing illegal debts to be created by covering up other sworn leaders felonies. For ordinary citizens to learn that lesson requires real pain so they will use an election to hole leaders accountable.

As history shows, ignoring this heinous crime always condemns those societies to depression, war, and mass suffering. Since there are many more ordinary citizens than 3MS leaders in a democracy, there is a simple way to stop these results, start with publicly demanding that our elected leaders show they will start enforcing legal accountability on sworn leaders pronto by becoming members of the No 1st Cost List.

Scientific background to the Warning

"Objective facts" are eyewitness measurements and observations that are confirmed by other honest reporters. Thus "Objective facts" can only be created by two or more honest people. Since science is for all of us, this must mean negative or positive public feedback from anyone who sees "logical and observational discrepancies" in any scientist's public assertions. How else can our reports and theories be confirmed, improved, or disproved?

I, Dan Alter, made a fundamental scientific discovery in 1985. What "objective" measure of value that we spirits/souls all must and do use to keep our life forms alive. Presently here on Earth, almost always unconsciously. How to measure personal value and thus the common good. We unconsciously value(logically order) any piece of information we perceive through this measure. Thus knowing consciously what it is and how we use it must serve as the 'objective' causal premise for a scientific Grand Unification Theory.

It is a measure that by construction, assumes a conserved universe: One unit of time per unit of time alive, and no take backs.

In a conserved universe, we spirits must create a conservation debt made of Anti-Matter to keep our life forms alive. The only two questions that matter now are: 'when does the debt came due?', and 'can we disconnect from it?'. The answer to doing a disconnection is, of course, yes. God always gives us a final out. Doing a disconnection means we go faster than light(FTL) to the other side of the Sun. Should my prediction of how to do FTL be true, then it is simple to do and within our technological capabilities, and certainly the E-Ts capabilities.

Our problem is our 3MS leaders and they exist because we did NOT have a real public place to question and challenge one another about our public speech and related deeds. 3MS leaders are now found in every area of public endeavor, especially the sciences. Climate-gate is an obvious result.

The methods of our 3MS leaders and their supporters are simple. They suppress dissent by first ignoring criticisms and questions from citizens who feel, see, and can witness their hurtful actions = the Big Ignore. Push further and they call you names instead of answering = Attack the Messenger. They always hide and distort critically needed public information to evade public accountability for their mistakes and crimes = the Cover-Up. Though ostensibly elected and sworn to serve all; they think and act like a corrupt aristocracy.

Finally, they lie constantly and get away with it with the Big Ignore. Thus we require a safe public place where our information and charges can be verified by questions from anyone and confirmed by other witnesses.

The remedy is the No 1st Cost List. It is the only way we can use the internet to create a planet-wide public place that treats all of us as equals. Anybody can be a member. You have complete free speech about politics, science, the arts, to sell or solicit anything legal, and of course, especially to report lies and crimes done by sworn leaders or businesses. Above all, the N1CL is where honest citizens can work together as equals to solve our common problems, beginning with democratically, legally, and swiftly removing the 3MS leaders that we let govern us now.

Our First Warning

"Incontrovertible Proof That E-Ts Are Contacting Earth With A Very Public Warning"

I am a scientist. I have sworn to tell the truth on this public record.

I have a fearful prediction for the rest of you to confirm. At first, it was just a theoretical prediction with no objective evidence supporting it; but since 1992, a series of published scientific reports have verified every single causal link in the underlying theory, and now we there is a way to conclusively confirm the theories' ultimate conclusion.

For life to exist on a planet, we objectively real spirits must create a planetary conservation debt made of Anti-Matter(A-M) when we make our life forms move. Our spirits put our A-M debt onto the other side of our Moebius Strip Geometry Universe. Eventually a planet's conservation debt comes back to Earth striking our Sun, or it must be consciously disconnected. Our public choice.

Most present scientists deny that our life forms are driven by objectively real spirits, and they also believe that Einstein's Relativity Theory shows there is no base "frame of reference" that tie all other personal "reference frames" together. As we will see, both assertions are proven wrong when it is shown that we have an A-M conservation debt.

The crucial piece of proof that we are, in fact spirits, is that the E-Ts warning message shows exactly how our conservation debt made of Anti-Matter strikes our Sun, vaporizing Earth, leaving an Afterglow of expanding cooling gases. These afterglows were first seen by the Hubble after a 1997 Long Term Gamma Blaster(LTGB). Now we have seen many more afterglows after a LTGB occurs = vaporized life bearing planets.

The E-T public warning is a chilling four or five part message that includes two famous crop circles. The first was the "Barbary Castle" placed down on July 17, 1991 at 1:45 AM UTC that shows us how we are vaporized and the 'afterglow' that follows. It was followed exactly to the minute three years later by the Shoemaker-Levy comet that struck Jupiter on July 16, 1994(leap year) at 20:13 PM UTC. The third part of the E-T warning was the 'Missing Earth" crop circle On June 26, 1995 showing an asteroid conjunction.

The remaining parts of the E-T's warning message are one or probably two asteroid conjunction(s)' that can not occur naturally' = "must be caused by someones not from Earth". We will know which possibility after our astronomers look.

Read carefully, think, consider carefully, then act. Everyone's life depends upon our acting consciously and swiftly in public.

Predicted Conjunction(s)

When the asteroid conjunction shown in the 'Missing Earth" occurs on July 16, 2009, there will be a second conjunction on July 16, 2012 which decisively sums up the E-T's message.

Should the asteroid conjunction occur on July 16, 2012, then we will not get a second conjunction, and we will have to use other measurements to determine exactly when.

Confirming that one or both of these 'must be caused' asteroid conjunctions exists confirms that the message must be from E-Ts, since we Earthlings can not move asteroids into conjunction. Read More.
